The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and clean. Room service was good and well served.

On 10/08/12, I booked a room through Booked.net, I asked via email about having a shuttle to pick us up from the hotel but never heard back. On 10/29/12, when we called to request the shuttle we were told that there was no reservation. Therefore, we had to spend longer time on the phone which made us miss our flight to Leon which resulted in us needing to look for another flight and another hotel for the night. Then we had to make a reservation again while we were traveling which cost more time and money. All in all, our business with the Holiday Inn was unpleasant and expensive.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist us. Our room was impeccably cleaned every day, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The pool was a highlight, it was well-maintained and absolutely delightful. The location of this place was convenient, as it was close to downtown and within walking distance of the Convention Center. We also enjoyed the delicious meals served at the restaurant.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It is a perfect place to stay and enjoy a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Stayed here for 3 days for a conference, very convenient location close to the main events venue. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a free airport shuttle with knowledgeable drivers. The hotel had a great breakfast experience and clean rooms with comfortable beds.

The elevator was a bit slow and some of the amenities were outdated. The neighborhood could also use some revitalization.

Some front desk staff could improve their customer service skills and be more friendly to guests.
